Global Festival of Action: Check out the program!

The world's most inspiring #SDGs gathering is coming!  We are delighted to present a diverse and jam-packed program for Festival-goers, spanning three days of action for the SDGs. Sessions are grouped around our 2018 core Festival themes: innovation approaches, citizen engagement, communicating the SDGs, mobilising action and multi-stakeholder engagement. Check out the program overview This is not a regular UN conference  There is plenty to experience: in addition to the high-level panels, participants will be able to join short, snappy talks in the SDG Studio, hands-on skill-sharing workshops, deep-dive immersive sessions, the first ever SDG Action Awards ceremony, and much more. Interactive festival experiences throughout the three days include UN Virtual Reality, the Innovation Fair, a groundbreaking film line-up, exhibitions, a social event on the river Rhine, demo sessions and live music performances. This gives participants many opportunities to meet, exchange, learn and collaborate while making their experience at the festival really unique. Have a look at the festival experiences Coming up... Speakers announcement The festival brings together an inspiring mix of business leaders, activists, UN and government representatives, scholars, innovators, global organisations, and the media from across the globe to share their insight and experience in a truly phenomenal atmosphere. We will announce the first confirmed speakers very soon!  UN SDG Action Awards finalists More than 700 innovators, mobilisers, connectors, storytellers, communicators, visualisers and includers from across the globe have applied to the first ever UN SDG Action Awards. The most outstanding initiatives have made it to the final round. Their names and inspiring initiatives will be announced next week.
